I've tried to post for three days, my darkest in this past circle of nothingness, and couldn't post. Now that I can, I don't have anything to say. I hate this. I hate everything.

You don't have to say anything. I'm currently in the same boat - hating everything (especially myself). I just know that people here care...and for me that's good enough for now.

I'm sorry it's been rough lately. I kind of get that way (nothing to say) when I don't have a therapy appt. for a few days. By the time it rolls around, I am less likely to talk about it.
I hope things look up.
