What the speed limit on the motorways (freeways?) in Texas?
The speed limit is 70 mph here (110km/h). Most people do about 85 mph though.

It's usually 70mph here in Texas. Out of the city, that is.
In the cities the max us usually 55mph, but some toll roads are higher.

I just looked it up, cause I thought I heard it was changed.
We just changed the max to 75mph. Millions for new signs for a measly 5mph.

We ought to change it to 95mph here like they did in Italy - for large motorways only. I just read about that.

PS. McDonalds portions are too small in the UK. I wonder if they're bigger in Texas. Maybe I should move LOL.

We have *huge* portions here. For real.
I took my mom over there a couple of years ago for amother's day gift. We had dinner at a friends and she commented (later, thankfully) "people over here don't eat as much as we do"
I thought it was plenty. But I've spent a lot of time on your side of the pond so I'm used to it.

Well come on over! I can take you to many, many places where you can stuff yourself for much less than it costs for a good meal over there.
Actually, the numbers are about the same, but they are dollars, not pounds.
Or I can stuff you at my house. I don't know how to cook for 2 it seems. So if anyone drops in there's always plenty.
Or - another alternative - next time I head over I can barbeque for you. I'm planning a trip in may to do the C2C - if I get in shape I'll ride, if not I can drive the support car.

One of the spare rooms (the one with the computer in it) has just recently been painted green. But you'll probably want me to replace the floral comforter.
