in over a week. it doesn't look good for packing a computer unless by a miracle i get time to set it up.

Have a wonderful vacation! It's good that you don't have a laptop computer to take with you. This way, you'll have a real vacation. When I travel to places with no computer access, I get to sleep much earlier. At first, I go through computer-withdrawal, and after a couple of days, I realize I like being computer-less for a while. There's a feeling of freedom when no computers are around.
