Phew.
It has been agreed that next week would be a better deadline for all concerned.
:-)
:-)
:-)
Now... Instead of being behind I'm ahead.
I'm going to take this moment to be happy.

Yeah!!!!!
I had that happen with an article I am writing with someone else. We got a month's reprieve because we were originally told the wrong date!
Doesn't it feel good?

Excellent, excellent news. YAY for you, Yay for you. (Damos dances a small celebratory jig around his workstation becoming all tangled up in his headphones in the process)

One month is a nice little reprieve :-)
It really does feel so very good.
Now the key is in keeping ahead rather than putting myself through the same crammed rush next week...

Take more than a moment to be happy!!! Take more than a moment to feel d$mn good about yourself! Take more than a moment to stop and listen to the insects (if there are any...here there are birds gallantly singing beneath thunder and lightening, and of course the insects singing beneath that)...
Take more than a moment to listen to the big universe and feel yourself a part of it, in all your beauty.!!
I salute your bravery
hen. (god i'm corny, but real. i don't say this stuff to just anybody, you know....)

Well after abandoning the last thread <snif> here she is! (just kidding - good to see ya).
Yes. I have been revelling in happiness all last night (watching sh*t on tv) and all day today just playing on the boards :-)
It is a nice day today. Fairly cool but also fairly fine with lots of blue sky and fluffy white clouds. Not too much wind either, so they aren't motoring across the sky like they usually do. Its quite noisey (B semester orientation) as classess started back this week. Holiday today (sort of) as the union staff members take strike action. But O week continues on...
Not corney at all :-)

Fairly cool sounds heavenly. It's hotter than hades here, hence the thunderstorms and lightening, and the gallant birds.
I'm glad you're revelling, you gallant bird, you.
I'm off to bed.
