I said it was to spend online, not cash. You can use it to shop with online, not exchange it for cash. This site was forwarded to me through one of my secret shopper schedulers.
I get free stuff online all the time. The last item was $25 gift certificate to Macy's. I use them to treat myself to the things I can't justify spending money on as 'the Mom.'
I do paid surveys, secret shopper jobs, one paid email site, cash rebates from shopping online, coupons, test new products coming to the market, etc.

It's been confirmed as a scam. It's not been implemented yet.. all their offers are "coming soon"

Well it's not been officially confirmed, I suppose we won't know until they actually open for business. But it's highly suspected.
