You sweep??

If I know someone is coming over I pick up my piles of papers and junk and hide them in a closet.

Which would be ok if they ever came back out of the closet.

*peeks out the window to see if anyone is watching*

Also, sometimes if I drop a piece of ice on the floor, I don't even bend over to pick it up. I just kick it across the floor and act like I didn't see a thing.

Then later, when my husband steps in a tiny puddle of water and says, " what was that?" I just look at him so innocently and say, " hmm.. I wonder?"

ROFL

I play ice soccer too. It's strange. It's like the ice can stay on the floor but you get to say where. : )

>>Why, thank you gabbii.

I have another theory. We kick the ice because, in our minds, we think well, if I kick the cube - friction will burn off some of the volume of water. Therefore the cube - upon reaching it's destination, will leave a smaller puddle.
What you think?

Ice on the floor makes a good cat toy.

Who am I to deprive them?

Easy there, Phil, I'm pretty sure THAT'S illegal in all 50 states, and maybe Canada, too...? ;-)

And what's the cat's take on this plan anyway? At least tell me he/she's willing....!!!!!

(Yes, for the record, I am a very, very sick puppy with a *warped* sense of humor)

I know this might sound sick to some, but to me it sounds heavenly.. to be a housewife right now would be heavenly.. to take care of children, my children ... to be loved by a man, to be secure there. To be allowed to love in return. To take care of people I love, and have plans with them, and a life.
