I'm certainly not pro-scientology, and I think Tom's being a prize a**, I don't understand why though, it's generally accepted to criticize one set of beliefs (religion/cult) and the open criticism of other ones would cause an uproar. I find the history and tenets of the "Great" religion I was raised with to be far, far, more gruesome and chilling than anything on the scientology website. I think it's fine to criticize Scientology, I just wish the accepted religions were given the same public scrutiny.

You're talking about Christianity, right? I must be careful here, I just had to leave the politics board in a hurry (Toph's block). We need not worry, I've got no big deal going about almost any religion. Assuming you did mean Christianity, I've always thought that Revelations is a bit suss and would love to know about the decision making process that lead to its inclusion in the New Testament.
