I have nothing profound to say

Posted by AdaGrace on March 17, 2005, at 14:22:09

And therefore don't say anything at all anymore.

I have silence myself.
I am so very bored with myself.

My office is by the bathroom and I am sick to death of smelling that God Forsaken Vanilla Air Freshener. It's almost as putrid as the smell it's trying to cover up.

God I hate my job..........

HATE IT!!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear from you. I'll try to inform the Pentagon that you need a gas mask over there.....

Wonder where that would fall on their list of priorities??

Good to hear from you- don't know if I can take any more profound today, anyway!

That's okay. Just say something inane then. Like "purple". That's what me and my hubby say when we don't have anything else to say or don't know what to say.

It's great when I say something like "How does this look?" and he says, "um, purple?"

Just say "purple".

Don't get me started about air fresheners - gross! I much prefer a candle - maybe you could burn the place down?

Now see Anastasia knew what I was thinking regarding your post........LOL burn the place down.......PC you really do know how I feel don't you and you know exactly why I feel it.

But alas, I am unable to burn, I have a condition. Pyromania. I'm serious here. I have been burning weeds again at home. I like it. I find myself checking out ditches on the way to work that could use a good burn to rid them of the tall grass and create lovely new growth.

Is this sick of me? I really like to burn. I like the smell of fire. Any kind.

Wood, BBQ, even plastic. I like the smell of burnt plastic.

I am sick, sick I tell ya.

BUT NO GASOLINE FOR ME, EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Ada, hot as fire, Grace

I'm pretty sure the Pentagon could give a flying fig less about my stinky work situation.

However, you can count on it like clockwork, about 30 miutes after lunch break there is going to be a certain someone in the toidy and it's going to smell afterwards. I think she has a spastic colon or perhaps just eats garbage. Who knows. Who cares, and WTF am I mentioning it this morning, when I have so much more profound things to say today. Like.......Chartreuse....

Hi Gracie,
I'm home sick with the flu. I should be in bed but I never take care of myself.

Fire, I'm no shrink but its one of those bittersweet things. Warm, illuminating, beautiful to see and feel, seductively flickering you into a secure trance...

Then, like love, when you get too close, you get burned.

Pyromania sounds very serious. How do you control your impulses? Does your SO know about this?

Hey, I love fire, too... Except burning plastic...

BUt AG, there's nothing wrong with wanting to enjoy the aroma of the brushfire while you do a good dead of clearing the land for fresh new growth... Why would the thought of doing that make you think you're a pyro???

Hmmm, maybe the gasoline comment...

OOOOOH, and the toidy girl?!? Follow it up with matches in your pocket. Light the match, wave it in the air and blow it out. There's something in the sulfur that actually removes odors from the air. Sometimes it takes more than a single match, but it always works....
