Fallen -
Just got back from a holiday work party, and everyone seemed to be either sick or just getting over being sick! Ugh!! I hope I don't get sick.
I actually qualified for a flu shot this year (it was like winning the lottery). I was hospitalized with the flu 3 years ago, and my doctor said that qualified to me to get the shot ... I was never so excited to get a shot in my life!!
Anyway, I hope your doctor is able to help you feel better. Nothing is worse than being sick in a cold weather state ... kindof gloomy, cold, gray and wet! Now we're suppposed to get an ice storm ... when does it quit?
Funny thing: my co-workers bought me all this calming stuff from Orgins... is that a major hint? :) I've tried it before and liked it, so it's nice, but it did make me smile... Hmmmm ...
What can I say, 2004 really sucked for me.

Hi Fallen -
The stuff I got from Origins is "Sensory Therapy" ... funny, huh? AND ... on the package it says for "Peace of Mind" AND ... they gave it to me as gumballs, lotion AND diffuser (something you sniff). 3 types!! LOL ... I guess I need to chill out. That's what my real therapy is for. I forgot to tell my T today about the presents from my co-workers (I'm the boss, so the message is doubly funny). But I had a good session, I was brave enough to ask a personal question, and she answered it.

Hey - so how is it going with your T? Do you get to see him often? I am relatively new to this board so I don't know of your history (just recent events) ... but do you still see him as a therapist? Only if you care to share. I understand it's a touchy subject, and although I don't think he is doing you any favors, I still like you.

Hey Annie does the bottle have like a moon on it? I am a loon I know but I was JUST in MF and got some MORE origins stuff hahahaha...I thought I knew them all. Do your co-workers KNOW you see a T and have mega stress? Or hahaha is it just ummmm obvious??? Too cute and funny they got them for you but I hope helpful..let me know so I can get some if they work. Cool on your T answering the personal question..I wonder what it was :)
Yes I see T often and do not really know why its such a touchy subject for some people on here...I see all kinds of posters on here and posts where people could be judgemental but I do not make a big deal about it and see triggers messages all over with people doing harmful things I really think my feet are solidly on the ground. My T doesnt DO anything to me its a matter of my choice as an adult to be with him I really am not a victim ..so I put that T trigger up there for people who have issues with my life. Thank you for asking on T and me yes we see one another maybe once or twice a week...I have a doc appts (may have 2 this week) so I do not think I will be seeing him but once. I like you too annie I know from when we first met you do not lets say fully support my choices but one of many things I like about you, minus that kind heart of yours is the fact that you accept me for me and do not want to fake nothing is going on and still in spite of the fact you do not approve include that part of my life in our talks ..makes me feel less the board leper :) Thank you and yes things are cool :)

Hi Fallen -
After I wrote my above post, I went over to the psychology board and I knew that they were referring to you (and that other poster too, I think she is pregnant now). I wanted to jump in and say "hey, we're all adults here, let's not attack individuals" but I decided to stay out of the fray. I tend to avoid discussions that get too heated.
Anyway, my personal T question wasn't too personal in nature, it's just that I don't ever ask her ANYTHING about her life. From my past experience w/T (the time I saw her 20 years ago), I felt rejected when I would ask her a more personal question. So today I asked her how many children she had & sexes. And she answered quite simply, without asking me "why do you want to know" and those annoying type of responses. That made me happy. (She has 2 kids, a boy & a girl/teenagers). I'll need to start thinking of more interesting questions next time ...
Re: Origins, no moon on the packaging. Just says "Sensory Therapy" Peace of Mind. Yes, the staff knows I go to therapy AND they know I had a tough year with this court case I was involved in.
(Judge threw it out on December 21st ... early Christmas gift for me).
Thanks for sharing about your T. I'm glad to know that he brings happiness to your life. Time to get the kids ready for bed ... and I want to watch "The Bacholorette" (mindless TV show)

Hey ya Annie...I have the stuff you put on your temples and I think neck by Origins the mint scented stuff I have the little round mints deals tio chew too....must be more in that line I didn't look at....so much is in white packagees lol....I for once got their eye shadow too ..So ya know, that stuff is not cheap they must like you :) I understand on the heated debate issue...I also understood what the posters were saying YOU seem to be the only one on here that treats me in a non-judgemental way you and maybe 2 others who babblemail me. I see it as if I were gay or something and because some are against that they act like my partner didnt/doesnt exist....but all in all that is ok I can deal with it. I am a tough cookie...I seldom to never post for support FOR me anyhow so its no big deal but it was nice to see someone so open minded and accepting of what they do not approve of not just with what they do.
Is this a new T or the same one 20 years later? Sorry to be duh ...I am lost but yes I had a T once who at first was kinda secretive then later she told all very nice lady. Nice Christmas gift :) IN BOTH cases...
On trash TV HAHAHA I do not watch that show but LOVE THE TRASH TV on MTV AND VH1 like Boiling points and Viva La Bam lots of mindless silly funny stuff
I am gonna go eat dinner and will be back :)

Fallen, just wanted you to know that I don't hold any of that stuff against you. A person is always a lot more than just who they're sleeping with. You've always been really nice to me and I think you're a special person.

Hi Fallen -
It was a great episode tonight! My husband even watched part of it with me, had lots of laughs together (and a glass of wine or two).
Yes, I'm seeing a T that I saw 20 years ago when I was right out of college (MSU) and she just out of grad school. So glad she is still practicing, think she is really smart and gets me. Been in therapy almost a year now (this time around, 4+ years last time). It's such a focus of my life right now. Glad I found this board, it's like therapy for my therapy ... make any sense? So, you are not in therapy at the moment? Or do you still have theraputic like sessions with your T?
Hey - I just heard on the news ... more snow instead of ice. Ugh. Kids better go to school though. I have so much to do!!

I decided to post on the psychology board in your defense. Everyone here has their individual issues and we are all doing the best that we can at any moment (most of the time). And I hope only good things for you; hopefully he is at least a good kisser, if not the most ethical of T's. - Annierose

HAHAHAH OMG I spit my ice tea out when I read that on kissing hahahah yes he is but man you caught me off guard. I thought when I saw your topic I would see you tried the Origins products never did I expect that T kiss comment. Thank you for defending me thats very sweet but no need for that I am like a duck I let things roll off my back a lot. I think if we all really posted what bugs us on here *nobody* would be able to post :) It's like the throw the first stone deal. I do have to tell you I was in the shower and thinking on all my Origins stuff and it hit me how I had to tell you watch getting that stuff you are to put on pulse points neck etc in your eyes <hahaha sounds weird but> I have long hair and accidently got some in my hair and it came near my eyes...that stuff is stronger than you may think and burnt like heck....I had it on my temples it does feel good if they gave you that too AWWW, thank you again that was sweet but don't get yourself in a spot for me.

They never really say, but I think he had too much to drink + anxiety. She doesn't pick him to stay (thank goodness). His haircut was a la Kramer from Seinfeld! (Although I loved Kramer).

We got more snow last night ... looks like 3 or 4 inches. I usually walk in the mornings before my kids wake up but I just can't get motivated in the dark + cold. Maybe that's why I'm feeling more sad as of late.

After I shower today, I'll try my new products. Let you know if they calm me down at all.

p.s. kissing is very important. one of my first boyfriends was my favorite kisser (husband is 2nd)
I still think about my long lost #1 kisser. Maybe because it was all new to me back then. I'm getting hot, better hop in the shower.

Hey Annie sorry youre so down now with the bad weather and no sun and well, life too. I had a h*ll of a day and woke to more snow didn't know it till I hit the door in my heels....sigh...Do you suffer SAD?? I do....I was going to get a lightbox but I am thinking I cannot afford it now with all my specialists appointments and junk now. A light might help you with the nasty morning darkness. LOL ON Kramer I loved him too and that hair..OMG tooo funny....I imagine it must have freaked her out to see him go splat on the floor....I did watch some of the bachlor some time back and one gal jane...she was sooooo loopy she made me lol. I really miss My Big Fat Obnoxious Financee hahaha it was sooo funny. I am wondering now if you are a new woman with the Origins :P I skip around a lot you may note lol but I feel badly that you feel so bad...it IS good you walk in the A.M do it anyhow or add an in the house exercise its so good for us.
I am in the mood to just turn on every light in the house, my husband expects me to sit till late pretty much in the dark to save on our electric bills I really hate this dude....part of me wants to mega rebel and blast every light even night lights and heck toss in microwaving water constantly sounds like fun :)
AHHH yes a good kisser it really is important I have kissed guys that with just that crappy kiss send me running the other way....and the engine just doesn't start if one doesnt have the key....and that kiss is a key for me... :) T is a romantic and I like that he is also very kind maybe the kindest person I have ever met but at minimum the kindest in my life as it is now. He is a good guy....should we give him a name? Krammer would be one choice hahahahah

Hi Fallen-
Thanks for asking, but I don't think I have SAD. When I finally got out and walked, it was already nightime, bummer. But I don't think the sun was out much today anyway.
I did make a snow-woman with my kids. They did such an awesome job!
Yes, I tried the lotion behind my ears and neck today. I liked it. I was calmer, but it was my day off!!
I think I'm working on some core issues with my T right now ... reason why I'm sad. Funny, 20 years later, same old sh*t. But I'm braver, stronger and more willing to face it head on. Think I'm making some progress.
Sounds like you are feeling better, doctor appoitments go okay?
I can't post much tonight, so tired.

Hi Fallen-

I woke up in time for my early morning walk :)
It's always, for me, the best way to start my day.
It's sleeting on this side of the state, not fun, but I had to move this aging body.

I work today, and am looking forward to it. So I think that is moving in the right direction. I see my T again tomorrow. While I'm working on this core issue, I'm going 3x a week. It's costing me a fortune, but I'm hoping to be free from it soon (relatively). My husband is semi-supportive. He knows I have gone 3x per week, but doesn't know it's been every week (almost) since mid-November. Oh well ... so the kids won't go to college (LOL).

Hopefully the docs can fix up you with some good meds.

Are you drowning in mucky muck mud? Our beautiful snow woman is dead. It hasn't stopped raining for 48 hours now and tonight they predict snow. Why do we live here? Oh yeh, I remember, no volcanos, mudslides, earthquakes, hurricanes, wild fires, locust, tsunamis ... did I miss something?

I feel so bad for everyone in that thread, especially you.
I agree with GG, it needs to end. It IS loaded.
I just want everyone to get along, but that just never happens in the real world ... even in cyber space.

So are you prepared for another on-slaught of snow and cold? I swear, this is a tough winter!

And keep me posted on how you are doing. I hope everything works out for you.

Yes and thank you for the shelter from the storm. I am trying to keep things to the point and civil. I never needed whatever poster to REFER to MY thread over here. It would be nice to see it end and be able to talk on me too. I never said for others to do it or that it was moral or ethical and think it's mean to not blast other WRONG and immoral behaviours. I have seen a lot of posters leave the boards and not leave them
and do not feel that card needs to be played. I went through this with the same people for the most part like a year ago and I respect their views but still do not feel I need people following my posts and posting side talk about them...oh well I am happy all in all. I said what I had to say and thats all I can say I know I am right. I wanna jump over to your thread an tell you on that too..I haven't heard the weather today...but man it was COLD ...and you say now colder and snow???? whine lol hahaha Later and update on me and thank you youre always gracious it doesn't go unseen ((( annie))
