but I've lost two pairs of glasses in the last three days(considering the surgery now) but I always can find a half-smoked joint. How come I put those away with more care than my own glasses? Who could possibly lose *two pairs* in three days? Now I'm down to my sunglasses, or blind. And I need my glasses to see!! I'm helpless without them, well I'm hopeless too but recently I learned to stop being helpless .. now this!! What the frig is going on. ?

Looking in the fridge? I found mine there once. Other places: under the bed, in the pantry, back floorboard of the car.

SOMEONE stood on my glasses a couple of weeks back and the frames are hopelessly bent out of shape. But I have made a discovery: I can see! I got glasses at 13 (short sighted) and put them on my face every morning and if I took them off I couldn't see too good. But I swear my eyes are adjusting (or maybe I don't notice how bad they are). I don't have to try to read stuff off the board anymore, so maybe that has a lot to do with it. When I lose them they tend to be found on my face (sigh). Good luck with finding them.

Dr. Bob,
It was more than just about glasses. It was about not being able to see my life. But that's okay, I'm sorry I said fr*g.

In reply to PS I'm sorry about my glasses, too. (nm), posted by Susan47 on September 17, 2004, at 9:34:58
I was cooking dinner, my eight yr-old said from dining room, "Mom, why were your glasses in the puzzle box?" I turned around and he's dangling them up in the air, Jubilation! Ugly things.
