Hey Mystic - How did your appointment go???? You'll be back up again in no time. Have you talked to your doc about upping your dose or switching/adding a med? I know that's a hard thing for you! Maybe add something natural? A.Babe is right - sometimes you can sort of trick your mind by thinking positive. We'll all think positive for you, too, okay?!?!?!

I absolutely love Walmart too! I always say - If I can't find it at Walmart, I don't need it! My husband teaches Marketing and loves that line, he uses it in his class.
It's a de-humidifying spray, nothing fancy and pretty cheap!

Hey everyone...Work went ok and not feeling too too bad...but my appt was tough we just did the first time things no real EMDR at the first appt...just got into my mother and my uncle and the intense abuse at both their hands..it was rough just thinking about it but I guess subconciously I think about it and deal with it all the time without knowing it and then it comes out in the way of anxiety/depression...

I'm sorry that you are not feeling good tonight Simus. I can relate to your problems if that helps at all. I have piles of dirty laundry, my husband is boring, my kids fight all day, I need to lose 10 pounds and my computer has an attitude. Not to mention I have two essays to write before Sunday.
