Hey everyone....Didnt last long I'm crashing again..this really stinks....So discouraging..so glad I have an appt today with the good looking dr..haha...I was up most of the night..this lex is just so roller coaster not sure how much longer I can take this med...Hey could we have a better looking group holy moly never seen so many good looking people in one place before..Wonderful human beings and great looking wow dont we have it all..hhaah..luvya all have a great day...Mystic

Hey Mystic - How did your appointment go???? You'll be back up again in no time. Have you talked to your doc about upping your dose or switching/adding a med? I know that's a hard thing for you! Maybe add something natural? A.Babe is right - sometimes you can sort of trick your mind by thinking positive. We'll all think positive for you, too, okay?!?!?!

I absolutely love Walmart too! I always say - If I can't find it at Walmart, I don't need it! My husband teaches Marketing and loves that line, he uses it in his class.
It's a de-humidifying spray, nothing fancy and pretty cheap!

Hey everyone...Work went ok and not feeling too too bad...but my appt was tough we just did the first time things no real EMDR at the first appt...just got into my mother and my uncle and the intense abuse at both their hands..it was rough just thinking about it but I guess subconciously I think about it and deal with it all the time without knowing it and then it comes out in the way of anxiety/depression...
Ladies do I have to tell you holy moly he is soooooo hot...and trying to get the stress off by thinking about him in his underwear omg...just kidding..seriously though he is a great looking I mean great looking man...but he is very professional and was really good at listening and explaining things to me...So I will keep you posted as to how it goes as others might want to try this approach...
Bridetobe..I think that you have shared pics with others and I have not gotten any...so me a little upset but will let it go if you promptly provide me with one...think everyone else is covered..
