reasons why.....

i'm so jealous of:

all done. she's the most caring, friendly, marvelous person i know. i could only hope to be as special as she is. and only hope i make her feel as special as she does me. (ohhh, and did i mention i'm jealous of her breasts? good for catching food when it's spilled.)

kid 47: isn't it obvious? his good looks of course!

spoc: her sense of humor is one i hope rubs off on me.

emmy: (tofu that is) hmmm, the fact that she's busy with mr d'onofrio as i type. good grief, everything is turning red (or is it green? the green eyed monster? then what does red mean anyway?)

jai: her spirituality. it's something i strive for and hope i can eventually grasp.

dinah: her wisdom is such that i'm constantly amazed at how very wonderful and insightful she is.

daisy: no, not just her shoe collection (if only she had big feet!) but also how courageous and motivated she is. daisy, teach me about motivation, PLEASE!

gabbi: her hair. her spunk. her wit. her humor. is there anything about gabbi i'm not jealous of?

scott: ummm, vermont! hello? (oh the ideas and things we could do, but kid must come too. and zen. and gabbi. and laurie. what about spoc too?)

jay: he's a bass player (those lovely fingers, wowsa!).

falls: she's so very helpful. and adorable. and sweet. and kind. and lovely (when can i brush your hair dear?).

(((((dee)))))): now dee. dee is not only very strong, but also very witty. and she's smart and sweet (geez, i think i have a cavity from talking to her) and she keeps right on going.

zen, my sweet zen (and yes, she is mine, don't argue): fiesty! wowsa! and helped me to heal. good grief, i used to faint when i talked to her, now that makes me jealous! if only i had that power (zen, you'll honestly never know how much you've helped me)!!!!

miss honey: you can dance. your breasts. i'm so jealous!

more reasons to come (so, those i missed, i'll get you next time around)

... ok, this is a lot of people and I know there are gonna be many more by the time we leave. Sounds like we need something bigger. Why is it though that I'm seeing us in an old yellow school bus with graffiti on it instead of a nice air conditioned rock star coach? No problem, by the time we've been sighted at a few places on the map, the rock stars will be trying to get on OUR bus! We'll be gracious enough to let them join, and ask in return only that we be able to trash their vehicle instead.

GET on da bus, GET on da Babblin bus!!

we must swing by and pick kid 47 up. no questions! don't argue with me. he'll liven the trip up even more and i think he has experience with vehicles that catch on fire and other road trip misshaps.

take his lack of response as a 'yes! count me in!' besides, what man in his right mind would turn down this oppotunity!

(but spoc, hands off kid until we get to vermont! i mean it missy!)

<<<<< Oh, no argument there, and you won't even have to go out of your way to pick him up because he's just over there in my bedroom.

> (but spoc, hands off kid until we get to vermont! i mean it missy!)

<<<<< Ok, I can live with that. You get him til Vermont (the bachelor party leg); I get him for a lifetime (the undying devotion and eternal bliss leg).

You've made your choice, there will be NO refunds or exchanges! (And speaking of going by Scott's in Vermont, couldn't we just put his farm house on one of those extra-wide load trailers and drive his house for the trip?)

that jealousy thing is coming back to me now. i changed my mind, you can't have kid. never ever ever! and i will take back every nice thing i ever said about you if you continue to torment me with the idea of kid in your bed. so, stop this instant... can't we just be friends (ha! i don't think i've ever said that before.. even i'm laughing)?

and if we did put scott's house on a trailer, who would drive? do you think trucker could handle that load? but, we couldn't leave her there all by herself... hmmmm... maybe we could find some cute, built man to drive for us, and designate rest area pull-overs, so he can join in the fun?

<<<<< Ok ok ok, and it wasn't even true. He's not in my bed, he's in my bathtub (did you know he likes rubber duckies and little bobbing pirate ships and speed boats? You should hear the sound effects coming from in there, I believe he really does think he's a kid. But buck up -- when he's done in the tub and runs out quickly only to grab some reading material, he's all yours at that point).

<<<<< DR. BOB is going to drive, since he prefers to stay kinda on the sidelines anyway! He said all he asks is that he be given a walkie talkie so he can keep a reasonable grip on civility (said he'll slam on the brakes and make us all spill our drinks and knock around if he hears anything he doesn't like, but hee hee! I told him, joke would be on you! If you slam on the brakes, we'll just roll right over you in the house, who'd be laughing then, hmmmm? So instead he said if we act up, he'll abandon the fun destination at hand and drive us to the nearest elementary school to write things of his choice 500 times on the blackboard, stand in corners, put our heads on the desks, etc.).

How does that sound to you? Hmmm, maybe we better reconsider driving the house. It probably doesn't even have a flip-up roof (although I'm sure we can make it into one); would be heck on gas, and may not get anywhere close to 70 MPH....

Karen,

I've put you at the top of my fun list. You are good for my ego.

Motivation - funny what pain can do for you. You have worked so hard this year yourself, please don't underestimate that. And I know it sounds sappy, but I can't take credit for "keep'in on, keep'in on." YOU guys always help put me back together, tell me to keep trying and provide endless smiles. (And I KNOW Fallsfall will kill me if I try to start cancelling sessions!"

Thank you for remembering me on your list.
