Dee - I'm so sorry you are having such a struggle now. And I'm SO glad you reached out for help! That must have been so difficult. You have such strength to do that - keep seeking that strength.
I wish I could do more than send bitty cyber hugs, but they are sent along with prayer and hope on the gentle breeze that just passed by.

Take care, talk to staff, talk to patients, listen to both, eat around the carrots (they're nasty), report all side effects, work hard in groups, journal everything, make new friends, try to smile at least once a day, shower on that same schedule. :-)

i am So sorry you are hurting so terribly. You are such an inspiration to me, all that you have been through and the courage you have to talk about it. You are a blessing in my life that i am very thankful for being able to know you.
Please take time for yourself to heal, do not rush this. Please talk with people there, but know we all here LOVE you dearly.
You are a beautiful person, and have such an incredible heart. And i say this only knowing you cyberly, i envy those that can hold your hand or look into your eyes and feel that incredible spirit run straight through them.
Bearing what you have just been through you are vulnerable right now, but honey i've got your back. This is the time to allow yourself to be weak, to just let others take care of you..do not put up a front, do not hide your pain. Let it all out to h3ll with everyone this is about You now. You are all that's important. You deserve to heal, and not feel such pain anymore.

I'm not sure we've posted together yet, but I have read many of your posts, and wanted to tell you how generous, sweet, and compassionate I think you are! You try so hard to really hear people and understand what they are going through, and you add positivity to things often. You deserve to be happy, and I really hope to hear that you are feeling better soon!

I know you must feel like one of God's forgotten children, but you aren't. He has given you incredible strength, infused you with musical talent and allowed your spirit to grow so that it comforts all who are lucky enough to feel it.
Please know how much we care. You are a part of our family. We will never hurt you and leave you in despair. I'm praying that God shows you an easier path soon, you've earned a downhill stretch.

Oh honey, take very good care. I too was in the same boat and did have many a terrible night with the battling sides of my being.
I pray, hope and wish that you will have a wonderful long lovely life and that I get to be part of it.

Dee, I'm so sorry you're in such pain. But it was wonderful that you were able to reach out and choose life. I'm so grateful that Falls was there for you.
Falls is right. You really are a very special person, and I hope you never forget that and never give up on yourself. I know it hurts, but you're worth fighting for.

My heart goes out to you for all the pain you feel. You have given so many babblers more support than they had dreamed of. Remember that deep inside you are a good person and no one can take that away from you not even the pain of depression.

Dee has moved to the Psych unit in the hospital. That is good news! That means that the physical stuff is definately OK.
I'm hoping that she will take this opportunity to work on some of her harder issues while she is in the safe environment of the hospital. Getting out "quickly" isn't what I think she needs right now. What she is working on is too hard to do outside of the safety of the hospital. It will be very tempting to seem "all better" so that she doesn't have to face the really hard stuff. But the really hard stuff won't go away if she does that - it will just surprise her when she doesn't have the support that she has when she is in the hospital.
Babble's support means a lot to her. Thank you all.

Thanks for the update. I'm really glad that she is physically better. And I think your thoughts about how the hospital can help her are right on. I really hope she gets some substative help with it.

It sure isn't easy by phone but I keep trying. I hope you know even if I can't get through (I tell ya those nurses are tough there!!) that you are in my heart and prayers.
I've been thinking of you this whole time and am hoping that when the time comes for you to be released you will feel stronger than when you went in.
I know you have that internal oomph needed for this war you face and you also have lots of people in reserves. Just look at this thread so far!! Or ask FF to read off the number of people sending good wishes......there's a lot! We're all behind you and around you to support you when you ask.
