It would mean that whoever wanted to participate would have to have get a Yahoo account and register at Babble Open. But while I wouldn't want to share my grown up pics for privacy reasons, I wouldn't mind sharing a picture of me as a kid. And I wouldn't want to leave it up, but I could put it up for a day.
Anyone interested?

Oh that could be fun. Maybe I can find one of me with the horrid bangs and cat eye glasses. And don't get me started about the day I wore a propeller beanie, letterman sweater, short pleated plaid skirt, falling down knee socks, and a turtleneck which didn't match and was only half tucked in. Is that sad or what? What was my mother thinking that day? Fortunately, I don't believe any pictures exist except in my three year old mind.

Darn it, I don't have any pictures of myself from when I was a kid. I'll have to search my parents house for the old photo box.
This may take some time...

I think it's a great idea, and please leave it up more than a day in case I miss finding out about it.
I don't have any baby pics to post (like jpg format), but I'm easy to describe: think of Buddha in a ruffles-from-top-to-bottom Easter dress, patent leather shoes beneath the multiple folds of babyfat on the legs, fingers tightly grasping the handle of a little purse, standing in a modified sumo wrestler pose, and a great big smile.
lol. It cracks me up everytime I see that pic. And, I'm standing by my perfect little lady sister, so the contrast is rather stunning.
I do have, however, a photo of my feet that I could post, but it's grown up feet.

I'll post this sweet picture of me in a ruffly dress, patent leather shoes, tights, etc., perched on a giant vat of Agent-Orange...seriously. My dad worked for Mobile oil when he was at Cornell on the development team as part of his PHd project. But I'm cute...

And I've got one of me with a gap tooth grin and my trademark ponytails. I have a particular fondness for that picture, because my therapist said I looked like a young Meg Ryan in it. (I wish!)
So I'm all set. My pics converted to digital already. How much time to do guys need. (And Shar, that was a great visual).

Me too, Karen. :)
But as my son says, I meant when you were a "little" kid. lol.
Actually, I guess any photo that you're comfortable with privacy wise would be ok. I'm not at all recognizable from my kid pic, but if you are, and would rather post a picture of your feet, for example. (Se we could all see what monkey toes are...)

No no no!! I don't have monkey toes... My eyes are too close together. My friend and boyfriend have monkey toes. Actually, my eyes aren't too close together, it's just a joke we have. But, I wouldn't mind posting a kid pick. But, I'm crying in every kid pick I have. I always cried when they snapped my picture. I wonder why?
Also, were you flirting with Dr. Bob in the previous post? I'm highly offended now! :)

But you know, Slinky's got dibs on Dr. Bob. She called them long before I started posting.

I've got mine up. It's my characteristic pessimism I guess. Ya never know what tomorrow may bring. Anyway, here's little Dinah.

But but but... I'm heartbroken.. :( Well, guess I'll have to continue persuing Bubba. Real life just isn't nearly as fun. Well, at least Bubba flirts back....

Ahhhh.. Dinah is SOOOOO cute!!! I'm tempted to post one. I'll go search for one, but only if I'm as cute as you are. It's going to be very, very hard to top, you know! :)

How cute are you???
I love it. And I have a hard time imagining that *that* beautiful little girl has grown up to be as plain Jane as you claim to be...
Hmmm...
I'll have to look for one of me - actually, my parents just gave me some they scanned in - so I'll post it and let you know!

I tried to scan a kid pic and it wasn't working.. My computer kept locking up on me. I'm fairly certain it was my fault, as I'm rather computer illiterate anyway. I'll try again later, maybe. But, I look pretty much as I did when I was a child... Is that good or bad?? I'd say good, I was a pretty good looking child, if I do say so myself :)

You have to have a Yahoo profile, then you just add pictures. Alternately you can set up a Picturetrail account, which is free for the basic account.
