From 1967, Mr. Bob Dylan proffered these fine lyrics. Of hope? Of pain ended? Of finding a place in the light? Hmmm.....?
"They say everything can be replaced,
yet every distance is not near.
So I remember every face of every man
who put me here.
I see my light come shining
from the west unto the east.
Any day now,any day now,
I shall be released. They say every man needs protection,
they say every man must fall.
Yet I swear I see my reflection
some place so high above this wall.
I see my light come shining,
from the west unto the east.
Any day now, any day now,
I shall be released.Standing next to me in this lonely crowd,
is a man who swears he's not to blame.
All day long I hear him shout so loud,
crying out that he was framed.
I see my light come shining,
from the west unto the east.
Any day now, any day now,
I shall be released."Might we all be so fortunate to see that light, and feel our burdens lifted.
Food for thought.

> 88,
You've given me manna here, not just food for thought. Blessings to you. And may you find your light in this time of darkness. Your words ring very wise and true in your posts. I pray for light to envelop you and those you love.
Kindly,
zenhussy---who is grappling with "I shall be released"

Hey Zen, you sound like a nice person! I appreciate your kind words. So, can you say what "your deal" is, or is it too personal? It's OK if you don't want to tell me. Anyway, thanks for being a nice and responsive poster, your words have encouraged me!

> 8Hi 8,
Don't be fooled by first impressions! Nice? Maybe on a good day in a good light with the gods smiling down upon me....hah.
I'm quite tired as I've just come through two rough therapy days and mean ol' Shar was being pushy (she knows what I mean). I kid. She made a mention over on the psychological board.....I digress.
As for my deal? The nutshell version of this year is this: http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/social/20031113/msgs/281064.html
I'm glad you find me encouraging. I hope that is helpful. Sometime down the road I might ask you to remind me of that when I'm in a deep funk, cool?
Keep it real 8ight.
