I am writing because, I'm a human once more. (imagine that screamed) The WB trial was just that - a trial. Didn't work out for me. The good news is, after stopping, the agoraphoia is fading fast and I'm CALM and have some focus. I have, in the past two days, gotten hair "done" (very needed) and shopped most all of today. Got the gifts all wrapped this evening, fixed a good dinner, cleaned the house a bit and even got a small nap in.
I feel pretty good. I'm continuing on Klonopin and it seems to have renewed it's good effects for me since stopping the WB. I'm doing a few "alternative" things and hope that's helping, too.
Thank you all for your support. It's been rough, but today was good and I gotta be thankful for that.

Wow! You've accomplished more in the past few days than I have in the past few weeks, and my moods have been stable for months! I feel so ashamed :) Good for you! Esp. shopping during this season, I'm not gonna! I know I have to.... Keep up the great work! You should feel amazing!
Now, I need to make an apt. to get my hair done.

Thanks muchly, I do feel good - and accomplished. Our area is having some bad weather today, so it's household activities. I have plenty of those to work on.
Can't say why the "turn around" is happening, but I'm continuing what I'm doing and hoping this will last a while.
Getting the hair done was great and made me feel much better. It was the "morning of beauty" that this haggered head needed.
