Do you have any crazy kitty stories yet to share?

Wildflower- how cute that you asked about Cleo!
Do you know I almost wrote 'Wildfire'? Ha.>> Do you have any crazy kitty stories yet to share?
I've been on and off the computer all day. Mostly 'on'. i think I've probably reached some record. I've never posted so much in one day for...2 and 1/2 years! I think i need to set the addiction limits. No no, I've been productive too. I swear. Feel like i have to EVERYTHING done when I feel good. My mom thinks I'm hypo (I friggin' WISH!) because I'm boomboomboom all over the place. I have bronchitis and feel like crap but my MOOD is good so I'm trying...
So...little Cleo. She's amazingly well adjusted. We're lucky that she's used to other cats. but it's more than that. She's so spunky! Joe is 14 and 1/2 lbs., Mel is 13 pounds. Cleo is 3 lbs. Joe is starting to warm up to her BIG TIME already. It's cute as hell. Man I can't remember if I posted this or wrote it to a friend in an email...oh well. Jojo would come in and growl and hiss a bit and Cleo would just sit there and stare at him like, "yeah, can I help you? Because really, your technique is really not working..."! Now Joe's cautiously fond of her and she's a tad wary. but she follows him around! Mel, well she's more aloof. She's getting used to Cleo too but i don't think they'll be close.
Cleo is sound asleep in the kitty perch now. Are you a catwoman? The perch is this 'window seat' for kitties. Kinda like a hammock with a fuzzy material and at the level of the window. She really wanted to jump up onto it when Joe was in it but she didn't. She stood on the floor, looking up and pacing, mewing a little kitten mew (and sometimes just opening her mouth with no mew coming out). She mewed like crazy last night when I took away the 'fishing rod' as we call it. It has feathers on the end.
I've never known a cat to complain like that. Can ya tell that the cats are like my kids? If you were here I'd be showing you a photo album!
Thanks for asking...
How you doing?
ok I hope
Karen

Yes, I'm a cat-lover. I always love hearing stories about new cats and their personalites. They're all soooo different and it's amazing what they can get into. I have a 1.5 year old who costantly gets into trouble while I'm out. I think he might need a little kitty playmate but I think 2 cats would destroy my apartment. Mine is so hyper and I'm not always the most willing to play when I get home. Oh yes, the kitty fishing rod - it's his favorite toy too.
As for me, I'm doing much better (oddly enough). One day at a time, right? Thank you for asking.
This is the end of the thread.
