Thanks for asking. I'm not doing badly, not as badly as I was. But I'm feeling reclusive and apathetic. And broke. May have to cancel some therapy appointments till next payday. :(
I went on a spending spree while I was feeling bad, and now I'm trying to return/sell/etc. the stuff I shouldn't have bought.
It's nice to know someone notices I'm not around. :)

I do that all the time - buy things I absolutely shouldn't (whether b/c they are too expensive, I don't really need them, etc.) and then take them back to the store. I've been in the customer service line about 6 times over the past two weeks, returning things.
Sorry you're not feeling great, but glad you're not feeling as bad. I'm thinking of you. Give your doggies some love - that always makes me feel a *little* better, albeit temporarily.

So what did you buy? We might as well enjoy it, even if it has to go back to the store.
Something I've learned recently-- unemployment makes recreational shopping into a huge temptation. It would be so easy to fill all the time that way.

A kitty! From the animal welfare place here. Her name is Cleopatra (Cleo) and she has black and grey stripes all the way out to the tip of her tail! Spots on her belly. She's in the guest room now...acclimating. Joe knows she's there.

I hate to see you cancel therapy when you aren't feeling as good as you should. You seem to be thinking a lot, recently, about not going to therapy.
I'd go every other day (every day would definately be overload, I wouldn't have processed what we talked about before being there again).

It's a nasty way I have to distract myself. I had to take out a home equity loan to pay off the credit cards. I just can't run them up again.
I bought the usual - books, dolls, oh and some nice comfy jammies that shrunk in the wash. Waaaahhhhh. Mostly not returnable. :( I returned what I could and will try to sell the rest, mostly for less than I paid for it.
I'm glad to know I'm not alone.

I didn't mean that. I'm not glad to know I'm not alone in wanting to spend. Ohhhh, you know what I meant.

Congratulations on the kitty! Cleo sounds beautiful. Now there is a worthwhile purchase.
I've never been able to get excited about shoes. I only wear what's comfortable, so I end up in not much else but Reeboks and those ballet slipper type flats are my dressiest ones. I have duck feet. :)

This time I'm not avoiding. I just did my finances and discovered that there isn't enough cash in my bank to pay for twice a week sessions till mid month. :( Sooooo.... At any rate it doesn't matter because he'll be out of town at least two, maybe three sessions this month so it'll work out ok. (Except now I'm sad about that.)
