Perhaps Bob is hanging out with Waldo? He saw the shark and ran out of the water so quickly he left his bikini briefs behind, and now he's hiding amongst a crowd of beach-goers, or perhaps behind a dune...

Ironic...
Jaws was on the tube last night, maybe there's a bit of truth to those comments, the shark did get him. HOpe not, I need this place.
