It looks pretty good. But ever since I visited there, I am getting pop up ads. I never used to get ANY pop up ads and now I get them all the time, especially the annoying ones with miessages telling me to go to some site where they sell anti-pop-up-ads products.

Anyway you can fix that?

We just started getting the pop-ups the other day. I think it is an unfortunate side-effect of the site Jay chose to use -- it is free for us to use, but only as far as the host is allowed to send us pop-up ads. I have a pop-up stopper that normally works great (I've had it for months for other reasons), and even I am getting some of the ads, so I really don't know how to stop it.

I even got them after I erased all the cookies! I erased them again. Maybe after a while, if I don't go to the mental health site (Sorry), I won't get them anymore?

Jay said to try setting your internet security options to High and try it. Some people are still getting pop-ups, but Jay and I are not. If you really want to surf the 'net, though, you will need to reset your security options to something lower when you are not on that site. I admit, it's all a pain in the buttocks, but worth it if you're willing to adjust a little.

I didn't mean that you (or anyone else, for that matter) aren't flexible -- I didn't mean anything negative by that! I just meant that it's another obstacle and most of us are kind of tired of obstacles. Does that make sense?

Ayuda, don't worry--I didn't take your post as implying anything about me! Just some advice about getting around those pop-ups, that's all.

Don't worry!

noa: If you don't already have it, AD-Aware is a free program that will clean your system of thins like company components dropped in your comp for tracking purposes. I think some of these things can generate popups from your own hard drive.
Anyway, it's real easy to use and it's free and here's the link..

I am still having popup problems like never before and I have a pop up killer installed with ad aware. I don't know if Time Warner Cable is t blame for some.

I'm trying Web Eraser but after a month, I'll have to cough up $49.00. I could cough up my liver easier than $49.00. yukyuk
It's great though, you never have to clear your cache or erase cookies, it's doing it real time. Pain in the butt here though. Every visit, yellow tags(chads) everywhere. That may be adjustable on the program.

I have a pop-up blocker that came with the ISP service.

Will this ad aware program erase my Dr.Bob cookies in real time, too? That would be a pain. I can't scroll and pore over every subject every time I come here.
