Would anyone like to discuss MPD, now named dissociative identity disorder (DID)? I know there are other sites but thought some of you wonderfully expressive "babblers" would have some interesting comments.

You might try Psychological Babble. I know there were some discussions going on there a while back about dissociative spectrum disorders.
But some of the participants have since stopped posting.
Is that your diagnosis? I'm somewhere on the dissociative spectrum myself (self diagnosed - not formally).

There have been at least a couple of posters in the past who have had that diagnosis, but I don't think either of them is posting at the current time. :( I miss both of them.
But both of them posted mainly on Psychological Babble, so perhaps you could read the archives there, and perhaps you could post there. Maybe someone is lurking who might like to reply.
I have found very few sources on the subject, especially on the dissociative disorders that are lower on the dissociative spectrum than DID. Have you found the same to be true?

Thanks for the idea, I read what was there and found it interesting.
There are several web sites that have tons of information. I have several books also. I was surprised just how much info. I have found, considering it is a diagnosis that is not discussed much in society. In fact, not too many therapists know what to do for treatment. Mine does. :^)))
I see that you post a lot.
