im always scared they dont believe me to but i think you gota tell them anyways and tell them that you are scared they dont believe you. thats really hard, but i think they probably do believe us. can you write it down and bering it to them? i do that before and it works better.
im sorry you have a headache did you drink some water and try taking something?do you know what your diagnosos is? sometimes thinkign thy dont believe you is part of the illness for me anyway. i get paranoid and it makes me think very messed up. like i thought the police were coming to get me today at the social workers cuz there was a knock at the door but it was only my psychiatrist coming to check on us.
