I'm right there with you, Tina!!!

I have been in PJ's all day crying, just like last night. I feel completely alone and scared. I'm sick of feeling this way. No one understands me, I don't understand me. I'm sick of life.

Are you feeling this way for any specific reason? I'm sorry to hear how you are feeling. I do know that seen.

I guess we established this on our first "board meeting" Yeah, my life welcome to my LIFE. Well my life in the summer, it does mellow in winter only slightly. My doctors keep asking what I am scared of, "Everything" I don't get life.
I don't have panic or anxiety attacks, I have calm attacks, and I'm not even trying to be funny
I remember each and every calm moment.
I don't know why I said that, I can't help.
I'm tired of shaking. I'm not having a rough time.
Like you said This is my life, its an understood
I rarely talk about it anymore.
And there are times I actually do hide in my closet, i guess its kind of womb like
though I know that was simply an analogy you gave.

thanks for the replies jodie and gabbi.
I'm just so scared all the time. It's a nameless, faceless, baseless fear. Fear of the whole world outside my door. I have fear inside my own house but the fear as soon as I even think of going out is overwhelming, crippling.
I can't stand it.
I am so broken.

I understand. And it's not only 'the girl'. I used to sit in the closet with the closet door half shut. I needed a calm, quiet, isolated place.

Hang in there -- I'm thinking about you. And I _do_ care.

Ted
