Thanks! I did a followup post there.

I'm sorry about your daughter's ear. She's a wee one to have to worry about that sort of thing. Hope she feels better soon.

Nope. Now it's definitely infected. Cleaning it yesterday must have done something. I might give him a call.

Oh Dinah.. poor ear :o(

My ears stays pretty much pain free unless I clean it.. I am gonna see if having it syringed does any good, but clenaing it with q-tips or anything like that causes pain for start within 24 hours every time.

I signed up for this newsletter, and this was today's question.

I don't know that I'd follow ALL the advice, but there it is. (His answer for EVERYTHING is to eliminate milk.)

Thanks, Bearded Lady. I've printed it out and I think I'll try some of it. (I'd be happy to eliminate milk - can't stand the stuff.) I don't like using all the steroid creams, and my husband is paranoid about them. He's scaring me to death walking around behind me and yelling "Don't touch your ear!".

I told my therapist about it today, and he was talking to me about the link to stress. Now there's the 24 million dollar question. How do I reduce the stress?

I think that's in the article, too!

You're already doing meditation?

A friend gave me this terrific candle--very hoity toity, I think. It's in a glass, and it's made by Votivo. The scent is Red Currant, but it's not the same as the other red currants you can get from places like target, as it's way nicer and stronger.

Some people don't like strong scents, but this smells like roses! It has a hint of citrus, so it smells like those citrus-y red roses. Love it! It's right next to my bed and smells without being lit, but I light it sometimes when I read, and it makes me happy and relaxed.

If you like scents, check it out. You might find joy in it, too.

I haven't shopped for the cheapest but just did a quick google on it. We sell it at shops here, so I don't have to buy online.
