A nice man installed a catflap..but the frisky feline says no way it's too cold outside
The nice man asked me out for a milkshake :)
nice man but very portly...
I know , looks aren't everything.

Thank you for the subject heading-- it almost made me laugh,
which today is something almost miraculous. I'm so wound up and depressed, so anxious that my hands are shaking.
I feel like I'm close to crashing-- this sometimes happens when I don't eat enough and my paranoia returns full strength and then some.
I'm trying, I'm really trying, but every little voice I hear from my neighbors sets me off.
Anyway, thanks for this thread, I needed something light like this.

I had a eating problem --I couldn't eat much so I know about the paranioa--.

I've been there as well..couldn't even go out for a walk to avoid it cause I was too weak frightened paranoid around people...can't even remember how I survived-literally.
Well , I do sort of understand your situation..I think maybe you should just start with a little more food even though it's a big effort because I know the suprising mood change that it brings although not miraculous I know.
Look after yourself

Thanks for your reply. Mine isn't really an eating problem, although it seems to manifest itself that way sometimes. I notice my paranoia increases markedly when I haven't eaten well-- no big revelation for most people I realize, but
it's surprising how you can forget that when caught up in the vortex of depression. I forced myself to eat three meals today, not too far apart and am feeling 'somewhat' better. But there's always
something more to it than just the food. Thanks again for your reply.

I haven't actually seen one for a long time:) :) I suffer from social anxiety which sometimes makes me a litttle bit depressed (I'm really fun to be around though)

Sorry, I'm wrong, my parents have one installed in their back door but it's no longer in use because the cat died a few months back.

I have a doggy flap though at my house. I installed it myself and invited myself out for a milkshake afterwards, but I had to turn myself down because I'm more of a gin and tonic person and not really my type anyway :)
