Christmas is wonderful. You guys are all swell. It's snowing somewhere. Even Charlie Brown felt happy after everyone decorated the tiny tree. I don't know about Santa though, I think he should be smaller. More like a garden gnome. He'd fit better down the chimney anyway. Maybe the reindeer wouldn't obey him though. Need smaller reindeer then. Uh oh, I think the double espresso is kicking in.
I swear I hear sleighbells. What the? Better go outside.

I got some presents for christmas. So Santa must have been looking the other way when I was being naughty ;).

Then the date would have shown 25 December instead of 24 December and I would have been the first person to post on PB social board at christmas in Chicago (I assume PB is on Chicago time?)

Just got a space heater so hot it's making my eyeballs hurt. Aaaahhh. Heat is good. A tasty stew is cooking in the crock pot. There are nibbly fruit and nut treats in the kitchen. I'm stocked up on grape soda. Fuzzy slippers on feet. Life is good.

I hope he doesn't mind that it's the boxed sort. I've no hand at baking.
Left out a generous slice, with some egg nog and frosted mini wheats (for the reindeer).
Now off I go to change into my christmas morning, photo ready, jammies and I'm set.

Santa's been busy. So many presents, so little time. We have to be up the street for breakfast at 10 with my family. (My parents got married 41 years ago today--and I was conceived this very night, I think!)
It's raining now, but there's still snow on the ground. I hope you all carry the spirit after the day is done.
