Hi All,
There is a program tonight on A&E Cable channel. It looks a lot like a PBS Frontline program with the same title that aired about 2 weeks ago.

What did you think of it Ted? I didn't get to see all of it, but what I did see seemed rather sad and discouraging.

I recorded it and watched it last night since it was on after my bedtime. :-) I agree it was rather discouraging. However, we must consider the facts: everyone discussed was there because they committed a violent crime AND none of the doctors wants to be blamed for releasing someone still considered "dangerous" AND most of the people are just those least likely to take their meds and stay "safe for society" if released.
I saw a program once on California's Atascadero Hospital for the Criminally Insane, roughly the equivalent place in my backyard. The CA hospital is a *very* busy, full, and scary place. You wouldn't believe their medication dispensing system!
Anyway, that's too much babble.
