When you posted about the loss of your dear dog, I didn't want to respond. The reason being, is that I was in my own grief and was feeling a bit selfish with it. On 11/4 we found our cat, Charlie dead outside. He was laying on the side of our driveway cold and stiff. He had not been hit, it looked like he laid down, fell asleep and died. He was my favorite cat out of 3, he had a raspy meow, that only he could have, and would talk back to you as you would ask him questions. He being the only cat that would act as a dog and chase the stick, chase other cats ect. Now, with a feeling in my heart left vacant for Charlie I know the grief you are feeling for your dear dog. I am so sorry for your loss. I am hoping that you can grieve properly, as I didn't have the chance, my son had to go into surgery 11/5. Which was no fault of my little one. Remember the good times, and smile. As I have seen from this board you have many good friends, share with them. I'm sure each one of them would love to hear your stories of joy you had.
I'm sorry if I stepped over the lines, it just took me time to muster up the courage to post this.
Grieving with you,
Kamikazi Ladybug.
