Tabitha look! its a fuzzy wuzzy thwead

Posted by Gabbix2 on October 23, 2002, at 20:29:37

A happy cuddley thwead
We can talk about Hallmark cards and Care bears and stuff.

You know the funniest thing happened.
When I was at work my boss put these Hallmark Kiss -kiss bears on my desk.

And you know usually if you put their noses together they will kiss because they have magnets on them
But the ones I got wouldn't work
I twied so vewy hard to put them together but
I think I actually felt them push them away from each other!
Those bad beaws they were so vewy gwouchy
Or maybe...

Do you think there is such a thing as Gay Bears?
(giggle giggle)

Oh you should see the snow-globe I brought back from Sumatra its sooo cuuuuteeee

Oh dear Where DID I put that Norman Rockwell print?

(picture a genuine marbelite statue of a big-eyed girl, missing a front tooth, with her precious little arms spread wide as they go. the inscription is hand-painted in genuine 24k gold. only 3 easy payments of $9.95.)

OK, here's a cute cuddly baby animal story for you. There were these 2 koala bears, see, that were on loan from the San Diego Zoo to the toledo zoo, but they had to send them back because the bears (bless their fuzzy little hearts) only eat eucalyptus leaves, and eucalyptus trees don't grow in Toledo, so the leaves had to be shipped in fresh daily, and it was costing $40,000 per year. So the moral of the story is, I guess, maybe they would have been better off with some baby warthogs that weren't such picky eaters. Baby warthogs need love too you know.

Jeez though, I can't believe your kissy bears were broken. That's some kinda bad karma. Those bears were asking for super-glue on their snouts, or maybe some miniature handcuffs on their wrists. Did they have wrists, these non-kissy bears?

happy cuddly stereotypic versions of happiness, horrorific hurrah!

MIL loves Norman Rockwell. Normal Rockwell, I call him, in reference to her ideas about life.

Sorry, I know I should concentrate on my Self.

How are you doing, Gabbi and Tabby and of course Dinah?

Hi Nicki I was going to poste to you and congratulate you on leaving to meet someone
I know how hard that is, I fight with it all the time.
NO I've never been to sumatra, I was joking
around with Tabitha, we were pretending that we were easily pleased and made happy by all things silly and cuddley..
you know too simple to understand "darkness and complexity"

Of course you don't know me so you would know that I'd smash Hallmark Kiss-Kiss bears!

It was nice to meet you
Take care and congratulations.

Its a long story..

Hi Medusa!

You're funny. My kittens with pins post was supposed to be under this thread but its not-silly.
I've been wondering how you are, cause I haven't seen you poste in a while.
How are you? Really, in detail.

I'm going away for two weeks to a "transition house" for two weeks, and then I don't know where I'll be, but I'll find some way to keep in touch for sure.

This is the end of the thread.
