You think that's bad, I got reassigned and have a human ear growing on my back. All my cell mates call me Radar.
I have wires too but I wish they came out of my head. Man, I want back in drug studies, I can't get a date with an EAR growing on my back! Scientist are weird.

We need to look out for our fellow lab rats. Remember Speilberg's Pinky and the Brain?

These little guys can't keep getting coke stuffed up their backs, it's just not right. We haven't learned a darn thing from this, and we never will. Coke experiments are wrong. There's enough cokeheads out there already willing to sign up for studies- we should do more cokehead studies and leave the rats out of it... it's not their fault we do coke.

Did you know... lab rats love the feel of vaseline in their mouths and can't get enough of the stuff. I read that somewhere in something about the evils of dietary fat.

Last year, Discover Magazine reported a study that found lab rats dream in REM, which was never though of existing in the species before.

I told someone that, and they were like, why does that matter? And then I was like, because we still don't know why we sleep, of course it matters! And they said, well, didn't everything we learn about sleep come from Freud's On Dreams?

And I was like, well, considering REM was discovered until the 50's, um, no.
