Hi Ted. I haven't forgotten your quest for ackee. I have some telephone numbers that may help. Grace foods is the best bet---it's the no. 1 choice of native Jamaicans. The U.S. rep. is in Miami, Florida. The number is 305-477-1998. Also I called two distributors in California---of course they sounded like they had been smoking "ganja". Nevertheless, they are,

213-627-6063I think your best bet will be Miami. One of the Ca. distributors told me that ackee was not in season but that can't be totally true because I personally bought 5 cans just last week.
