Sounds like you're in a rough spot too. Anything you want to talk about?

I'm butting in : )
Shouldn't really jest about it (or should I)I'm actually wondering if all this stress is turning me into a schizophrenic..I think there's some conspiracy(real life)
Only person i trust is my doc..but he's very busy..got to go and get legal advice tommorrow..I've tripled my dose...added a drug I got off a patient..I'll tell my doc i tripled but not the latter ..
Trust is hard to find these days...

Yes it is, my dear dreamer. And I know you'd hate to lose the trust of your pdoc. :( You know how they get about non-prescibed meds. And you know how these psychotropic drugs interact. Don't you think it would be better for your relationship with the one person you trust to call him (no matter how busy he is) and let him know what's going on so he can help you, and so that you can have someone you trust monitoring any possible interactions?

Sorry for fussing. But you know how we moms can be.

A worried,
Dinah

Gabbi - that's good the way you're thinking about waiting this out. Sometimes I think of it like a wave that washes over me. I have to ride the wave until it breaks up. The most important thing is to continually tell yourself that the wave always does break up.

Good Luck

Chuckle.

I think I'm really getting comfortable with being a mom.

Check in with that doc anyway. Maybe he can give you something that will help and that won't interact.

Take care,
Dinah

Shouldn't have called him at home--anyway...losing faith in humanity quickly--guess what--the crisis line has made me feel worse

Well, the crisis line part doesn't surprise me overly much. Didn't we just have a whole thread about how unhelpful they can sometimes be? Was this the Samaritans though? I've heard good things about them.

About your pdoc, I am sorry. Does he want you to call him tomorrow, or is there someone filling in for him?

And as for contemplating, please contemplate something pleasant, like your new apartment, or the mountains of Wales, or your friends here at Psycho-Babble. Or even better, that picture of Dr. Bob. Or fruits of all sorts.

Take care, and I am sorry. If there's anything I can do, let me know. I know you're not fond of chat, but I'm willing if you change your mind.

Dinah
