Hey,
I am sooooo happy I have just read an article about the 'quarter life crisis'. I know now that I am not alone, that there are other people out there in exactly the same position as me. Thats not something to be happy about, really, but its lifted me from my depression by about 80%, just knowing that I'm not alone !!! Yipeeeee!!
Ok have a look, theres actually a book about qlc as well.

Well I'm not having one right now, but my first depression episode happened when I was 26, and when I went to a support group I asked how many people had their first depression in their mid twenties, it was almost everyone, I mentioned why I'd asked and someone said "come to think of it look at how many famous people commited suicide or died as a result of a drug overdose where it is unknown whether it was purposeful or not between the ages of 25 27
There are many and I haven't studied it in detail but it seems disproportionateJanis Joplin
Jimmy Hendrix
Kurt Cobain
Jim MorrisonI can't remember the others, but it is interesting/
