I kept reading references too it.
For the first time I actually feel I prefer having depression to being in Dr. Bobs position.
Yikes I couldn't even imagine having that burden on my shoulders. I'm never going back there again. Scarrrrry :)

that was sick-funny LoL!Talking of cutting I very rarely do it -seems only on benzos .I carved a beautiful meandering branch on my leg couple days ago..a delivery man came today I was wearing shorts and forgot about it ..he FREAKED bigtime- ..it's a had to be there funny moment ..
Now I'm ashamed of the artistry.

That could have looked like I was taking a serious situation far to casually. For me though beating myself up or obsessing on my self-abuse, just perpetuates it.
Kind of like how dieting suddenly makes you think about food all the time. Just wanted to clarify that.
