it's 1:30 a.m. my sister is missing

Posted by Ella on July 27, 2002, at 3:29:46

She's 19. OH dear oh dear oh dear oh dear oh dear. She never just goes out without calling. Hasen't spent a night away from home in a very long time. She lives with our parents, has had mental problems in the past, but she hasn't been acting strange lately. It points too close to foul play for my comfort. Dad just went to the police to file a report, I'm minding the phone and Mom is most likely being unsuccessful at sleeping. The cat seems at ease, at least.

Man I hate waiting, not knowing. Some people go through this for years, not knowing what happened to their loved one.

This is NOT looking good. Reality is gone. Sis missing. Not good at all.

Well we don't know where she spent the night. A friend of hers who knew she was missing saw her at a local grocery store and took her to Grandmother's house. Apperently she has become paranoid again and was afraid to stay at home. Mom and Dad are trying their best to get her on the right track. Hopefully we'll be able to get her to go back on meds. Sigh.

Families can be so hard to deal with.
