You and I are very different people, though we have the same illness. :) But I have always enjoyed your views and your kindness. I am sorry the site has been so disruptive lately. I know I have been part of that.

Do stay away from admin if you can. It would be best if it disappeared, perhaps, and people just emailed Dr. Bob.

I hope it returns to a supportive place for you.

Thank you so much for your empathy- unfortunately I am incredibly sensitive, but at no time have I considered what you write as anything but your opinions- and certainly not an effort to hurt anyone. I do tend to stay away from admin although I may read something I consider 'safe'. But I do appreciate your warning and hope things work out soon for everyone including you. Take care, judy

I really hope you take a break, I read some of your messages and your health and your family is so much more important then anything on this site. I've taken extended breaks from here- sometimes 6 months or so when things were getting to me. Please, please keep yourself safe- judy
