...just don't break a toe...I understand exactly how you feel, I stomped on a phone once out of sheer frustration, it made me feel better for 1 second, then i was left with the same feelings + a broken phone...
I guess screaming doesn't do any damage, better stick to screaming...

When I first came to this board, I found a person that impressed me with his far-reaching knowlege of English liturature and a deep understanding of William Shakespear. That poster was an inspiration to me. And that poster was able to express deep understandings through his/her own unique poetry.
I looked evry day for another post from him/her for the posts enhanced my life. The poster was singing a different song. The poster was painting a beautiful scene. There were masterpices going across my screen.
When I read one of his/her posts I was reminded of Henry David Thoreau when he said,
"If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears the tune of a different drummer. Let him march to the music that he hears, however measured or far away."
That poster was you, Kid_A

True, it may not be apprpriate to all. But it also may ,indeed, be very appropriate to some.
So how is one to know? If I knock on the door, the door may open or there may be no answer. Either way, there is no harm. But how can the door open to me so that I can come in and sup with them and they sup with me if I do not knock?
Didn't someone that you know say, "Lend me your ears"?

I appreciate your words and I do believe in God. But I also believe he chooses to allow me to suffer. He never answers my prayers. He never shows me any peace. All I know is pain, hurt anger and abandonment.
If God loves me then where is he???? He seems to be busy helping somebody else cuz he never finds his way over here. He has abandoned me too just like the rest of the world.

See, this is interesting, Lou. This is the difference between missionary work---and being in a situation where your primary role is *not* to Carry The Message, but to relate to others as Lou. As the person you are.That is what is appropriate here, and it is really what people would like.
Maybe that thick wad of Gospel between you and other people is. . .I don't know, what is its function, do you think?
I do enjoy the thread about the Rider--there's great beauty in that writing.

I hear you. Thank you for your interest in the Rider. All that you read actually happened to me. But the message that I want to bring to the people here is a message of hope. It is a message of victory over our afflictions. It is a message of victory over death. Spiritual death now,which is one of the causes of depression and physical death later. Yes, I have been sent here to give this message to those that can hear it. And it is Good News to those that hear it.
You see, when you know the Truth, you will be set free. Untill then we are slaves, and slavery is a very depressing condition to be in.
I am telling of the Gates that open up and lead to eternal life. We all have the keys to all of the gates. But some will not use the keys. Some will get to a Gate and choose not to open it. Some will get to a Gate and there will be someone there to prevent them from using their key. Some will get to a Gate and there will be someone there telling them not to open the Gate. Some will get to a Gate and there will be someone there that will ridicule them for wanting to go through the Gate. Some will get to a Gate and there will be someone there tellong them that the Gate is not the right Gate and that they should turn back. Some will get to a Gate and see the light and turn around for they love the darkness more than the light.
But I have been through the Gates that lead to the City of Peace. And in that city there is no darkness. There is light at all times. For God lives in that City and the Light of Life shines forever. We live in a world of darkness. But at the end of the Road to the Crown of Life there is light foevermore. It is that light that will enable you to see the truth and set you free.
I am telling about the light and the light can heal you, for when you are filled with the light, there will be no darkness and you will be healed.
