Friends;
I left off when I was at the narrow gate, like a turnstile, and it was locked, for it would only open to those that had led an extreamly rightious life. That was impossible for me, but Princess Grace opened the Gate for me. I went through the narrow Gate and I will continue with what was revealed to me.

Friends,
When I went through the Narrow Gate, I saw a narrow path that was straight. There was a sign that read, CLOWN'S ENTRANCE.
I thought that my friends were pulling a collosal joke on me and I turned around and went back to the street.
There was a man standing by the Gate and he had on a baseball cap with the New York Yankees logo on it. He called me and said, "Lou, my name is Lou, also. I have been sent to tell you that it is not a joke. Go back through the Gate.....
"Because straight is the Gate, and narrow is the Way, that leads to The Crown of Life and few there be that find it.", and Lou, you have an awful lot to live for."I experianced this. I went back through the turnstile Gate and I will tell you what the Narrow Path led me to.

Friends,
I walked the narrow path and it led into a huge circus. There was a sign that read, "The Greatest Show on Earth." I saw my group there and joined them. It was the opening cerimonies and there were elephants and wild beasts and jugglers and acrobats and trapeze people and anomolies of nature all parading around a huge track. Leading the parade were 4 horses. I said to Lynne,"that's him!" "The Rider on the White Horse!" Eleazer said,"Lou, I just read an article in Newsweek about a guy like you. They called it obsessive-compulsive disorder. You better look into this." I told them to look at the pearls studded on the saddle. Marti said to look at the other people. I told her that those were only a side-show. The main event was the Rider on the White Horse and to concentrate on Him.
I experianced this. I will tell you next what happened when the show went on.

Friends,
Right when the ringmaster took the center ring, the earth began to shake and the sky turned black and there was thunder and lightning and the huge tent caught fire. Evryone was runnung and I was on the track and the Rider on the White Horse was galloping toward me and pulled me up on His horse and drove through the flameing tent to the outside and set me on a high place. Then
He went back through the flames and rescued each of our group and then He went back in to save others from a fiery death. When He came out , the tent collaped on 100s of people. I saw many perish in the flames and Eleazer was the only one from our group that did not come out.
I asked the Rider why Eleazer died in the fire, for he was a just man. The Rider turned to me and said," The fiery tent fell on the just and the unjust."
I. Lou. experianced this. I will tell you, next, what happened as a result of Eleazer's death.

Friends,
We could not get into the morgue. When I saw Dr. Pearlman, I reminded him that I had helped him with his Math in High School and that we needed a favor from him to open the door to the morgue. He told us that he had 7 bretheren that were all MDs and that evry hospital had a Dr. Pearlman on the staff and that he was sent to open the door to the morgue for us. The Rider asked him to watch the hall and not let anyone else into the morgue for we wanted to see our friend Eleazer, for the Rider had told us that Eleazer died for the Glory of God so that the Rider could be glorified through his death.
I, Lou, experianced this. I will tell you, next, what happened in the morgue.

Friends,
When we entered the morgue, Marti said to the Rider, "If you would have went back into the burning tent, then my brother would not have died." The Rider said to Marti, "Your brother will rise again. Marti said, "I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day." Then the Rider said to us, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whosoever lives and believes in Me shall never die"
Then the Rider wept. Then He said, "Pull out Eleazer's drawer. And with a loud voice He said, Eleazer, come forth!" And he who had died rose up in his bindings. Then the Rider said, "Loose him and let him go."
Dr. Pearlman saw this and turned the other way. He knew that when a man dies, that he could live again.
I, Lou, experianced this. This actually happeneed to me. I will continue with what I experianced.

Friends,
We left the hospital and the Rider turned to us and said,"I am the light of the world. A little while longer the light is with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you;"
Then he cried out,"He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. Let not your heart be troubled. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also."
I, Lou, heard this and I was shaken. The Rider went away, but He came back later. I will tell you what happened at His return.

Lou - Wasn't the rider of the white horse Gandalf, when he suddenly appeared to Aragorn (Strider), Gimli (son of the dwarf Gloin), and Legolas (the elf) on the edge of the Fangorn Forest, riding over the Plains of Rohan?
Gandalf was thought to have been killed by the Balrog (who also was thought to have perished in the fall into the abyss) while saving the rest of his companions in Fellowship of the Ring.
Mind you, Gandalf the Grey was never quite the same after his encounter with the Balrog. He returned in garments which his companions originally thought to be those of the traitor Saruman.
BTW, the white horse's name was Shadowfax, the swiftest and most untameable steed of Rohan.
IMHO, I believe Tolkien's story to be better thought out, and much more realistic and entertaining than many others being played out in the world, today.
Sincerely, Meridoc Sandybanks (my hobbit name)

Cam W;
Thank you for your interest in the Rider on the White Horse. In ancient Rome, the victorious Generals rode into the city that they conquered on a white horse. The Rider in the 7 Gates on the Road to the Crown of Life is one that is the ultimate conquerer. He conquers Death and Hell. He is the King of the universe. And when I saw Him in the City of Peace, His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many Crowns. He was clothed in a white robe dripped in blood. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linin, followed Him on white horses. And out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, and He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of the Almighty God. And he said to me, "Fear not. I am the first and the last. I am He that lives and was dead. and, behold,I am alive forever more, and have the keys to Death and Hell. To he that overcomes will I grant to sit with Me in My throne; even as I overcame and am set down with my Father in His throne."
Then the Rider said to me ,""Lo, I am with you always,..."

Friends,
The narrow path led me to the circus. I came in through the Clown's Entrance. The symbolism here is that I thought that I would be ridiculed by others for going on the Road to the Crown of Life. The circus is a symbol,to me, of the world. And at the circus were very entertaining people. And people want to be entertained. But it was the Rider on the White Horse that I believe that people miss. My friends wanted to focus on the entertainers. But it was the Rider that I wanted to focus on, for He is the one that I followed to get to the City of Peace. The entertainers were a distraction to me and were symbols, to me, of the distactions and temptations in the world that I had to overcome.
The world, I believe, has made us believe a lie that we must be entertained. We seek another "Kick" and "kicks just keep harder to find" as the song goes. And ther are many temptations in the world that can ruin us.
There are many other symbols in the circus scene. But my journey is about overcomming. It is not ment in any way to entertain you. I actually experianced all that you read in my posts. Those events actually happpened to me.
When I met the Rider face to face, He said to me, "Blessed is the man that endures temptation: for when he is tried, he shall recieve the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those that love Him."

Friends,
The Rider returned and we asked Him to tell us how we could know of others that have followed Him and recieved the Crown of Life.
He spoke to us and said, " Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. A good tree brings forth good fruit , but a currupt tree brings forth evil fruit. Wherfore by their fruits you shall know them. He that is not with me is against me."
I.Lou, wondered at this. I wanted to know the depth of the meaning of what He said. I will tell you, next, what I found out about the meaning of what He said.

Friends,
We asked the Rider how we could get the good fruit in our lives. He turned to us and said,
"You should no longer walk as the world people walk, in the futility of their minds who are currupted with the evil of the world seeking material wealth and power over others. But you have learned that you were like that before you opend the Gates, and now you are becomming a new man. Put on the new man which is being freed from the ways of the old man which causes depression."
"Be angry, but do not let the sun go down on your wrath. Let him that stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor on something that is good so that he may have something to give him that has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for edification that it may uplift the hearers."
"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger and evil speaking be put away from you. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God has forgiven you."
I was shaken once more by these words. I will tell you more as to what happened to me on the Road to the Crown of Life.

Friends;
While the Rider was with us, we had more questions, for He said that the light was with us while He was with us. I asked for Him to expain the light. He said, "When the earth was created, light was put into existance and it is light that gives life. Life can not exist without light. If the sun "went out" all life would die. Darkness is the absence of light. If you want life, seek the light of life."
I Lou, could understand that , for it is evident that without light, the plants would die, then the animals that eat the plants would die, and down the line untill all life died. I asked for Him to go on and that will be next.

Friends,
We asked for more about the light of life. The rider said to us,"God is light and in Him is no darkness at all." "I am the light of the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." "In me is life and My life is the light of men." "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world." "Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you. While you have light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light."
Then He departed. I will tell you more about the Light, next.

Friends,
Eight days later, the Rider returned and took Peter, John, James and me up on a mountiantop. As the Rider looked up to heaven, the appearance of his face was altered, for it shone like the sun and His clothes became white and glistening. And there were two men that were once dead for over 3000 years talking to him, they were also in their Glory.
Then a cloud came over us that was frightening. And a voice came out of the cloud saying, "This is My beloved Son. Hear Him which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the Morning Star rises in your hearts."
Then the Rider turned to us and said, "I am the Root and Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star."
I,Lou, fell down on my face and, next, I will tell you more about the Light of the world.

The Rider departed and I visited my parents . I told them of my experiance and after dinner they asked me to take a ride. We arrived at the hospital and the entrance read, PSYCHIATRIC ENTRANCE. I asked if they were visiting someone. My mother said, "No, Lou, we are commiting you for evaluatiion because of what you have been telling us. I was surrounded and was taken in to an office. Friends,
I sat across from Dr. Morgenstern. He had an eye patch and a large scar across his face. One of his hands was missing. He told me that he was forced by the Nazis to be a physician for them and was tortured when he refused to do inhuman experiments. He told me of his witness to brutal atrocities and how evryone in Nazi Germany had to obey Hitler or be killed. I asked him how he has managed to live with the horrors of those memories. He told me that he went outside one night , and looked up into heaven and said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not know what they do."
I will tell you more about my visit with Dr. Morgenstern, next.
