In answer to your questions:
Just Mark -- my sole qualifications are that I'm an administrator with reasonably fast Internet connections at work and at home, and that I'm here this week.
I feel that the civility policy was written in response to all my past mistakes and multiple lapses in good judgment; if I were to re-write it, I'd have to address my other character flaws as well.
Fix the Yahoo chatroom? If it weren't for Jane D, I couldn't even access it!
Dr. Bob didn't give me the key to the background colors or anything else that I could actually break while he was gone.
If I put this on my resume, I'll get fired for sure.

Hey Mark, can we see your photo posted instead of Dr. Bob's while he's gone. Disguises of all types are allowable. :-) But only one head, two eyes, one nose & one mouth can be used with this disguise. Different coloured skin & strange hair is allowed & even encouraged!
