Do I have to install the Yahoo Audi Conferencing software to chat? I don't want lots of what I consdier useless program on my pc & when I select no, I get shut out. Anyone want to run me through this. PS - I've read from other places too that Yahoo is rife with problems & errors. Do you agree?

It seems to work well for awhile, and then at a certain point throws people off (well, not literally).
