sorry to hear you slipped up...but it was 3 glasses of wine, right? didn't you once post that it used to be a bottle of wine followed by a 6-pack? at least you were able to prove to yourself that you can do it...are you on benzos at all?

i'm still struggling too. i can drink a bottle of wine followed by a beer or, if i'm especially--whatever--i can have 2 bottles of wine. not good for a girl my age.

what can we do?

anyway, i hope you've forgiven yourself, ya crazy canuck.

love,
sar

Funny how our messages seem to have dovetailed in and out of a number of threads. How unlikely - you a twenty something, bed hopping, fun loving, drink a little too much, female, with a definite talent for writing what you feel. And me, a forty something (nine!) male, who tends to stay in his own bed, drink a little too much, and has a proclivity to use five big words where one small one will suffice.
Your honesty and wisdom make my day!!

Love you too, (I never say that lightly)

Greg

Behaving 'like a pouty five year-old girl who had lost her ballet shoes' is considered extremely mature for a 28 year old male. Only when you reach age 49 or so are you able to advance beyond this stage and maybe laugh at yourself.

Greg,

you've got me in hysterics, thank you! (i just went downtown to see my probation officer and am not in the best of moods.)

people are people, one of my friends is a ten year-old girl (neighbor) and when i lived in a different city i used to hang out with a 43 year-old (male) crackhead fairly often.

cold and sleepy now. thank you for the kind words, Greg. hoping you're having a good morning...

love,
sar
