I just picked up this new (well, sorta) disc from a band/artist called "Delerium". (They did a song with Sarah McLachlan a few years ago that was popular called "Silence". Sarah is another great theraputic artist...and Jewel..etc..)
The disc is called "Poem"...I HIGHLY suggest folks pick it up. Music has been one of the best therapies for me, and this disc has a lush, beautiful soundscape, rich in melody, and introspection. It's not like a lot of that "New Age" pap...this is beautiful electronic music with a number of female guests with beautiful vocals. A number of "world beat" influences...soooooo passionate.I will post some songs for folks to listen to if you want. You will likely fall in love with it....damn powerful stuff!
Jay...in audio-sonic heaven..:-)
