I think they're talking about using the Chat board. You use their e-mail, right? That works fine. For chat, it's really unpredictable, works one night, doesn't the next. We're looking at other sites where we might chat more reliably whenever we want to. If it were open 24/7, we assorted insomniacs, hypomaniacs, suicidals, borderline, cutters, etc., could get some real-time talk or advice or whatever.For example: "Take a xanax and get to bed, it's 3:00 am." or: "Get thee a Depakote prescription." "Don't jump!" "You have to get some more skills in anger management..."
Doesn't seem too much to ask for 24/7 reliability. Check the thread above for more trashing of Yahoo. It's fun. (try it)

i realized they were talking about the chat room, it's just that once i figured it out, i never had any problems with it...of course, i've logged onto it only a handful of times. usually no one is there...but i'm an insomniac & stay up later than most.
yahoo mail is fine.
owe shmo, whenever you get a chance, doll-baby!
