IIt sounds so silly but damned if it doesn't work for me. After work I get in my car and scream as loud as I can. A lot of tension is let go. Wierd, but I'll take it. It's free. Kristi

Used to be when you saw someone in their car or walking around talking and jesturing you figured they were crazy, talking to themselves....now you figure, even if you cant see it, they are on the phone...?

There really was something people were doing back then called "Primal Scream Therapy". I visited a commune in 1974 in a rural area where I used to live and they were doing that. I never investigated it myself. That commune had a REALLY cool library!
