I'm deflated, my dear.
Emotionally bankrupt.
Void where prohibited by Neptunian law.
Busted and broke.
Whip-lashed and bent.
Tired and wired.See? Even kazoos sometimes get the blues (I said "SOMETIMES"! I try not to make it a habit. I don't like habits. They're for nuns.)
But, in spite of it all, I thank Zeus I'm alive. "What?" you may think ... "how come." Because when I think about the alternative, I cringe.
So, put on your dancin' shoes, baby, and let's knock 'em dead, MEOW!
Yowsa! Yowsa! Yowsa!
"One must keep a stiff upper lip ..." /// You tell 'em, Queenie, and while your at it, go pawn the crown. Your people need the bread.

Little Hercules
Song by Trisha Yearwood(Craig Carothers)
So you cannot lift a spirit that has turned to lead
Or shine a light in shadow when the batteries are dead
Or fly like a bird over all the works of man
Or always think of the perfect words
But you do the best you canNothing seems as easy as it did when you were young
Myths may be invincible, but we are only strong
Strong like a memory, strong like a willow in the wind
Strong as you'll ever be, you will always need to bendAnd if you feel the weight of the world
Put your mind at ease
Little HerculesThere are times when being a grown-up gets to be too much
And your sense of humor seems to vanish in the crush
Of the daily 9 to 9 that keeps your family alive
You're just putting in your time
Does anyone really go home at 5?You've made a life where no one ever tells you what to do
Now the only tyrant that you're working for is you
It's never easy to keep all the promises you make
But no one's gonna get you fired
If you'd just give yourself a brakeAnd if you feel the weight of the world
Put your mind at ease
Little Hercules
'Cause there's so much on your shoulders
But you know it's a breeze
Little Hercules
Little Hercules^^^^^^^^^^
> See? Even kazoos sometimes get the blues ...I am not emotionally blind. I may treat you like a god; however, I am well aware of your mortal qualities and love you all the more for them. Having a mortal female heart, I'm afraid I'm guilty of playing on your chivalry to get your attention. Fairplay tells me this isn't right, but I'm left with such a void with your abscence.

> But, in spite of it all, I thank Zeus I'm alive. Those celestial beings are within yourself. For every wrong step you've taken there have been thousands in the right direction, starting with the first time you suckled. So the next time you look in the mirror smile and admire yourself.

> So, put on your dancin' shoes, baby, and let's knock 'em dead, MEOW!You must be reading my mind. Yesterday, I went for the initial and final fitting of my first floor length gown. I twirled around on the pedestral enjoying the reflection and wishing for a partner who would want to dance all through the night. I was so happy I bought a new pair of shoes just for the dress, spending more on them then I probably have ever spent on footwear, but I wanted something comfortable.

Oh what fun it will be!

> "One must keep a stiff upper lip ..."How 'bout I share one of my smiles with you? Smiles always do wonders for me, wash away all depressive thoughts. I sat alone again staring into the embers again. My thoughts wandered to gore; thanks to your prescence I was able to turn them around.

When did you post the above post? On the 6th or today the 8th, Saturday? I know you don't do questions, but this one isn't personal.
The above post to Hercules was meant for you.
