>Nikki...
Oh-oh...quieter. That's how I get when things are not going so well. I am so-so. Easily hurt, easily made to feel worthless. No, I shouldn't say made to feel worthless...only I make myself feel that way. Ah well...you haven't lived til you've reached menopause on top of depression! Much as I hate to admit to being twice your age! Just goes to show you, mental illness can break down all kinds of boundaries!
Keep on keeping on...
Carolyn

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! My hormones are so damned crappy iwas quite looking forward to menopause!! My mum had quite an easy time of it, and said it was the greatest thing ever happended to her (she had a full hystorectomy at 45)!! She has always suffered with normal hormones and periods that are a nightmare - just like me too!!!

Actually I'm having a pretty easy time,too...certainly compared to many of my friends. Except that I can't be sure whether my mood swings are due to hormones or brain chemicals. And of course I'd like to be younger...
