I just wanted you all to know that i did go to the hospital,I was there for a week & 1/2. I just got home today.feeling better I'm on new meds Neurontin 300mg 3x a day,prozac 40mg one x a day,haldo 2mg at night,Benztropine 2mg 2x a day,klonapin 0.5mg 2x a day.

It's great you're home, and I know everybody has been wondering how it went for you. If you have time and you feel like writing more, let us know what happened. Sounds like you got the support you needed to get to the hospital, either from your husband or the pastor. Or did you just take yourself?Stay well! and write if it helps...

I am so glad you went and got care for yourself!!
I hope you got the care you needed, and that this new combo is helping.

Everyone is happy that I'm home,Little worried about my husband his kind down,not sure if it's because I was in the hospital & the kids wore him out.It made me think about if I did kill myself what would happen,this isn't half of what they be going through. So for now the meds are working & I feel so much better.

I am very happy to hear that you went ahead to the hospital, and you are feeling better now. You are right, if you killed yourself it would be a lot more of a crisis than a hospital visit--plus your kids wouldn't have a mom, and would yearn for you a long time. You would be sorely missed elsewhere also (here).xoxo

WELCOME HOME! I remember what it was like when I got home. I would predict your husband is mostly just stressed out -- I am sure that with his work, the kids, and worrying about you, he needs a break right now too.

Kelly,
I have been so happy that you went to the hospital and are feeling better. I even talked about you in therapy!
I hope you have a good aftercare plan--follow up with pdoc, maybe therapy too?
Also, maybe there is some respite help available either formally or informally, to help you and your husband with the kids or housekeeping, to relieve some of the stress?
I have some ideas of how to look for help, if you'd like.

I called my boss today about going back to work, she said that it wouldn't be a good time to come back til I see my pdoc, That's this friday. I think I scared them cause I went to work the day i got put in the hospital, & I was realy down & cut my wrist the night before I got put away. She made me sit in her office til someone came to pick me up from work cause they didn't want me to go home to a emty house. My pastor came & got me for work to take me home, Then to the hospital.

Sounds like you have some really caring people around you. I doubt my boss would notice if I was that bad (I actually cut myself at work once, and he told me to grow up!).
And your pastor sounds great...
