Any answers would be appreciated but I'm really wondering if anyone has seen an article about it. I have one about fat consumption changing moods but I would like to have one for sugar too. This is for a poster I'm presenting at a State Conference soon.
Hi to everyone I missed for so long. I'll try to be more acctive.
Thanks!
Peanut

As for the sugar since have no taste and smell I eat l0 dark chocolate truffles each night for sweetness. Only thing is then wait to eat dinner sugar drops really quickly and nothing mood changing.
