Accepting that they don't know something, or that they're not right about something.
And they insist that they're right, even though they are wwwaaayyyy off.

> What is that??Grandiosity, egotism, self-righteousness. There are a lot of terms for it. I used to be like that a lot (except with my husband and daughter, with whom I could be kind of a doormat). AA and therapy taught me better.

It can happen with anxiety (in which case the subject in question is a source of anxiety).

We live in a society where there is a constant battle over who is right.
It's such an uninteresting fight.
So it relates to the sense of self.
It's so silly because no one knows anything much.
